Purpose:The xearly meeting of the sales department will be highlighted by the honouring of an old colleague after 43 years of working together.
Planning and preparation:
The sales director Mr Hans-Jochen Meier gets in touch with
ClassiCulturCentrum. Thus CCC develops an idea to make the event in the "teatrum
anatomicum" in the little pavillon of the "Julius-hospital" in
the center of Würzburg. This is a surprise for Mr Meier, because the
Vogel-Verlag is in Würzburg for 100 years and they never used this unique spot!
The place will be compbined with a wine testing of the Julius-Spital-wineyard´s
products. Now the menu was telefaxed by the catering company and the music
pieces arranged.
Etat: Mobile
Unit: 3000 DM + MWSt. Everybody gets a present (a CD or MC of Wolfgang
Ellenberger) which cost another 700 DM. The catering and rent for the hall are
payed separately by the company.
CCC-actions: Rental of concert grand piano, transport, insurance, tuning,
several meetings for planning, setup, program planning, delivery of the presents
before the event.
Procedure: The guests are placed at the tables positioned in concentric
rays, so that everybody has a good sight. After the introduction the
concert-menu begins.
The pianist gives the moderation so that during the music there ist a silent
athmosphere like in a recital. After the applause people talk and enjoy the
delicious meals.
Musical Program:
Piano solo pieces, (look at the menu!) by Beethoven, Chopin, Schubert,
Ravel, Liszt, multi-media-arrangement with slides.
